Talking Therapy
Life can be so difficult sometimes, and that can be said for everyone. However, some times you go through life putting everyone else first, or are so busy you haven't even had time to think about yourself.
Others carry trauma or a difficult upbringing into their adulthood without considering what life might being life without the heaviness of it all.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space either face to face, over the phone or virtually, where you can discover the best version of yourself and learn how to reach self actualisation, and we will do this together.
I believe in a holistic therapy which means I will utilise multiple approaches such as psychodynamic, DBT and CBT depending on your individual needs which we would discuss in your first session.

Family Support
So many families struggle behind closed doors. There are so many challeges that families can experience and it can be hard sometimes to ensure every family member feels heard and supported.
Communication is key to a healthy relationship, and so is Compromise.
Often when we are stressed or frustrated, we become blinded by our own percention to the point where we cant see the other side.
I would love the oppourtunity to try and support your family and encourage fun excersizes which could enable better cooperation.
Our sessions can be carried out in a variety of ways, even via email!

How can I help you?
I am an Integrative Counsellor, meaning I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach. I prefer to utilise the best ideas and techniques from various approaches as I believe it is the unique needs of my client that should decide the therapeutic method.
I enjoy offering an adaptive style of therapy that fits you and works for you, If one thing does not work, I would like to work with you to find something that will.
Whether you would benefit from keeping active during our session, getting creative, listening to music or writing me emails or anonymous letters.
We will create a therapeutic relationship that allows you to feel safe and supported.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss your circumstances, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
