Individual Coaching
Life can be overwhelming — especially when you’re always putting others first or carrying the weight of past experiences.
I’m a life coach with a degree in Psychology and Counselling, offering a safe, non-judgemental space where you can focus on you.
Whether we meet face-to-face, online, or over the phone, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward a lighter, more empowered version of your life.
I take a holistic, person-centred approach, drawing on tools from CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic theory to support your unique needs.

I offer couples coaching in a safe, supportive space where both partners feel heard. With a background in Psychology and Counselling, I use a person-centred approach and practical tools to help you understand each other better and move forward together.

Family Coaching
Navigating the parent–child relationship isn’t always easy — especially during times of change, conflict, or emotional overwhelm.
I offer parent–child coaching to help improve communication, build trust, and create a calmer, more connected home.
Using a compassionate, psychology-informed approach, I support both parents and children in working together to better understand each other.
Free consultation available to see if it’s right for your family.
How can I help you?
As a life coach with a background in Psychology and Counselling, I take an integrative approach — blending techniques from different methods to suit your unique needs.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; if something doesn’t work for you, we’ll find what does. I specialise in active and creative sessions, which means coaching doesn't have to be done sitting still.
We might:
Go for a walk-and-talk session
Explore ideas through art-based coaching
Meet for a coffee in a relaxed setting
Use music, movement, or writing, including anonymous letters or emails
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to explore whatever you need — in your own way, and at your own pace.
If you have any questions or want to talk it through. Get in touch for a free consultation — I’d love to hear from you.
